The StaffKeep integration with Hipchat allows you to quickly provision users from StaffKeep. The activation process is a bit tricky. If you don't activate your account through the browser first you will not be able to login on the iPhone or Android App.
We send an email out to the user with a login and a temporary password for Hipchat and a link to login.
The new user needs to click through the link in email and login on the Atlassian website with the email address.
Click Continue and enter the password:

Go back to your email to find the verification email:
Click through that activation email to activate your Hipchat account. Then you can login on the iPhone or Android app or on the desktop app.
